In  March 2019, CBL (Asia) Ltd. (the parent company of Banle Energy International Ltd. at that time) and Straits enter into a share swap arrangements with the objective of synergizing the supply network, customers and resources of both companies.

 

Straits Inter Logistics Berhad (Straits) is the only public listed marine bunkering company in Malaysia.  Straits is listed on ACE Market of Malaysian Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (Stock Code : Straits 0080).

 

Straits presently operating a fleet of 9 licensed bunkering vessels in 9 different Malaysian ports across East and West Malaysia. These barges are ranging from 500 to 4,700 DWT.
